Dr. ARFA RASOOL KHAN

Dr. Arfa Rasool Khan , a physician who retired in Jan 2018 after a distinguished 50 year career at Long Island Jewish hospital She is a founding member of the Islamic Center of Long Island (ICLI) and also one of the founders of the dialogue group between Temple Beth El in Great Neck and ICLI called- American Muslims and Jews in Dialogue- which was established in 1992 and over the years developed into a national model for interfaith dialogue. Arfa Khan has presented Islamic perspectives on Islam in general and Muslim women in particular at many houses of worship. .
