Rizwan Alladin

Rizwan Alladin is the Managing Partner of Genius Zone LLC, a blended learning practice he founded, introducing experiential learning methods for K-12 school leadership development programs. He is also a member of the leadership development facilitation team at SAP SE, a market leader in end-to-end enterprise application software, database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management. Previously, Rizwan served as a Senior Director and Head of the Project Management Office for BTS USA, a strategy execution corporation creating memorable, impactful learning experiences for Fortune 1000 companies.

Rizwan has worked extensively in the non-profit space, having served as a board trustee for Humanity First USA, a humanitarian organization with a strong focus on human development and disaster response. Currently, he is the interim Executive Director of Northside Charter High School in Brooklyn, focused on providing students an education that results in mastery of the New York State Learning Standards, high school graduation, and acceptance to colleges and universities of choice.

Rizwan maintains active involvement within his religious community as well. He has been Vice President of the Long Island chapter of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community for six years and formerly served as President of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya USA, America’s longest running men’s Muslim youth organization.

Rizwan graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Rizwan lives in Syosset with his wife, Mehtab, and their three children.
